While the Regular House Tour is available to children 6 years old and up, the tour is best suited for students in grades 4 and above. Special arrangements can be made through our Education Department for younger students.
To schedule a school visit please submit a Field Trip Request Form online. You can also contact a group reservation specialist at 724-329-8501.
Reservations are required for all school group visits and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A deposit is required to finalize confirmation. Our group sales specialist will discuss our current pricing and availability once your form is received.
In addition to the house tour, we also offer a full range of interactive programs designed to teach students about architecture and nature. These programs are a great way to enhance the learning experience and are available on site or in the classroom. Additional details are available by contacting AHumbert@paconserve.org.
We require that school groups through grade 12 be accompanied by one adult for every 13 students. Students and chaperones must remain with their tour guide at all times during the tour.
Students need your guidance in order to understand the importance of not touching the original, one-of-a-kind furnishings and works of art in Fallingwater, which is now a museum. Please discuss the museum guidelines, which will be provided to you, with your group in advance; we will ask your group chaperones to help us enforce them.
Additional information for school groups is available by visiting our Teachers and School Groups page.
