Each time I learned something new about the house’s design or its preservation, I returned with fresh eyes and a deeper appreciation, discovering new perspectives and details with every visit.”

Originally from Irbid, Jordan, Aseel holds a degree in architecture from the Jordan University of Science and Technology and recently earned a master’s degree in historic preservation from the University of Texas at Austin. Her research explores the connections between architecture, historic preservation, architectural history and memory.
