Peter Berndtson, who studied with Wright at his Taliesin Fellowship from 1938 to 1946, carried on those same principles in his houses for two Pennsylvania clients, the Balter and Blum families, and set them within an idyllic forest at Polymath Park in southwestern Pennsylvania.
