Christopher Little is a Connecticut-based photographer who has amassed an extensive portfolio of public personalities. He has photographed every U.S. president since Richard Nixon except for Barack Obama; traveled and photographed in nearly 80 countries and every U.S. state; toured with Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, and Bob Dylan; shot legends such as Oprah, John Lennon, and Katharine Hepburn; and captured political figures such as Queen Elizabeth II, His Highness the Aga Kahn, Coretta Scott King and Ann Richards.

Along with famous people, Christopher was selected to photograph one of the world’s most famous houses, Fallingwater, for both of its major publications, Edgar Kaufmann jr.’s Fallingwater: A Frank Lloyd Wright Country House (1989) and our 75th anniversary book, Fallingwater, edited by Lynda Waggoner (2011). During this Fireside conversation, Little will tell stories from his acclaimed career and recount his experiences photographing Fallingwater.

Freelance Photographer

Over his career, Christopher Little worked as a freelance photographer for People, Life, and the New York Times, and his photographs have been published in most major news publications including Newsweek, New York Magazine, Vanity Fair, Elle, GQ, Forbes, and Entertainment Weekly among many others. In addition to his freelance work, Little has also exhibited in shows at the Yale School of Art and Architecture, Cincinnati Art Museum, and International Center of Photography.
